October 4th Bodega Bay CERT Practice Drill, Emergency Preparedness

Throughout Bodega Bay there are Community Emergency Sheds setup. Experience what is available to you when an emergency happens.The drill will happen at the sheds located in Osprey at South Harbour, Old Town, Salmon Creek, Carmet.

Write us at info@bodegabaycert.org for the specific location of the shed in your neighborhood where the drill will take place.During the practice Drill you will have the opportunity to learn about critical elements to ensure everyone's safety and to help those in need. Here's what you will experience:

1. Windshield Survey. Checking for areas that need immediate attention.

2. Triage injuries. Determining what can be done to assist, tagging injured, identifying walking wounded.

3. Transporting injured.

4. Assessing damaged structures.
